Website visitors: We use Google Analytics (G-B91T9EDXZ9) to collect anonymised usage data — pages visited, time on site, general location (country/region). No personally identifiable data is collected through analytics.
Contact and booking forms: When you book a demo or fill in a contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the details you provide.
BuildVoice callers: When you call a phone number powered by BuildVoice, we collect a recording and transcript of the call, your phone number, the duration of the call, and any information you share during the conversation (name, email, appointment preferences, etc.).
BuildVoice clients (businesses): When a business signs up as a BuildVoice client, we collect business name, contact details, and billing information.

Call recordings and transcripts

When you call a phone number powered by BuildVoice, your call is processed by our AI system. A transcript of the conversation may be stored and shared with the business whose number you called. By calling, you consent to this processing.

If you would like a copy of your transcript or wish to have it deleted, contact us at [email protected].

Data retention

We retain call transcripts and client records for as long as necessary to provide our service, and for up to 12 months after a client relationship ends. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics defaults (26 months).

Your rights

You have the right to:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your data
Opt out of marketing communications at any time

Cookies
